The objective of the project is to prepare legislation regulating electronic transactions in Libya. The outputs of the project are to draft a law on electronic transaction legislation in Libya, in addition to a justification for the legislation. National specialized experts in laws, legislation, electronic transactions, and network and information security participated in the project.
