The objective of the project is to design a comprehensive awareness program to promote the values of citizenship in Libyan society, by creating an appropriate environment for the public institutions to exercise their functions in order to ensure the achievement of the goals of the development policies. The project also lays the foundations to enable state institutions to perform their social, security and political functions efficiently. The project concluded with the preparation of a package of executive programs to enhance the values of citizenship with the relevant institutions. Participation in the project included the Ministries of Social Affairs and Education, the General Authority Of Islamic Affairs & Endowment, the Libyan Academy and Universities.
