The government is supported through the proposal of economic and social policies, evaluation of their effects, encouragement of social dialogue, promotion of decentralization, and achievement of comprehensive sustainable stability and development.
In accordance with the tasks assigned to the Board related to conducting studies and research, and recognizing the importance of scientific research in economic and social development, some studies have been conducted on economic and social fields in Libya to ensure the dissemination of knowledge and provide scientific and logical explanations for certain phenomena.
