At the invitation of the Arab Organization for Administrative Development, which is affiliated with the Arab League, the Board presented a scientific paper on the project of framing and activating governance systems in the Libyan institution. The presentation was delivered by Dr. Abubakr Belaid, a member of the council’s team, and Dr. Najib Al-Jaribi, Assistant Director-General for Technical Affairs.
Dr. Nasser Al-Qahtani, Director-General of the organization, praised the role played by the National Economic and Social Development Board in front of the attendees. He confirmed what he had observed during his visit to Libya, which was the serious work done inside the council in terms of organization and management. He also commended the expertise and efficiency of the human resources working there.
