The objective of the project is to evaluate the institutional performance of the Center and improve its performance. Its outputs were represented in analyzing the internal and external environments, setting priorities for improving the Center, proposing an operational plan and a matrix of executive procedures for its development. Experts in the field of institutional development and capacity building participated in the implementation of this project.
