The objective of the project is to develop executive action programs that will remove obstacles and hindrances that impede economic activities. One of the most important current outputs of the project is an analytical document on the reality of the shadow economy in the Libyan economy. Representatives of the Central Bank of Libya, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Economy and Trade, the Tax Authority and national expertise in economic science will participate in the implementation of the project.
