The objective of the project is to formulate the NESDB’s digital transformation strategy. The outputs were to create a package of executive programs for the NESDB’s digital transformation, and to conduct an integrated study on the reality of digital transformation in the NESDB in terms of technologies, logistics and human resources. National experts and specialists in information technology implemented the project.
