On Thursday, August 31st, 2023, a roundtable discussion was held that included an overview of decentralization, background, and context. The second section of the discussion covered the reality of Law No. 59 of 2012 and its executive regulations.

In the presence of the General Director’s Assistant for Administrative and Financial Affairs, the Director of the Legal Affairs Office, and the Head of the Governance and Institutional Building Department, members of the previously formed committee attended the event to discuss Law No. 59.

The President and members of the organization were also present.

At the conclusion of the roundtable discussion, the attendees reached the following outcomes:

Organizing a dialogue involving stakeholders concerned with Law 59, referring to the outputs of the previously formed committee by the Board regarding the study of the law, and after obtaining comprehensive study results set by the organization following completion of roundtable discussions with stakeholders.
