A memorandum of understanding was signed this Thursday morning between the University of Tripoli and the University of Putra in Malaysia (UPM), in the presence of the General Director of the National Economic and Social Development Board, Dr. Mahmoud El Fetisi, along with his assistants, the directors of departments and offices, and the Director of the International Cooperation Office at the University of Tripoli.<\/div>\n
The memorandum\u2019s provisions focused on higher education, scientific research, knowledge transfer, and dissemination among peoples. It aimed to bridge scientific and cultural cooperation between educational institutions and contribute to raising awareness among peoples, driving them towards development and progress to enhance the educational process.<\/div>\n
Strengthening cooperation in several areas, the most important of which are:<\/div>\n
\u2022 Academic issues, research, innovation, and industrial networks, particularly in the field of agriculture.<\/div>\n
\u2022 Exchange of employees and students for knowledge and cultural activities.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
