The meeting was chaired by the General Director\u2019s Assistant for Administrative and Financial Affairs, who is responsible for monitoring the implementation of agreements with universities. The General Director and his Technical Affairs Assistant attended the meeting, along with representatives from the Ministry of Higher Education and members of the project team.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">The joint team members discussed the implementation mechanism of the project\u2019s plan at Tripoli University as a first phase, which demonstrates \u2018how to enhance citizenship values\u2019 through student activities, discussion sessions, and educational awareness seminars for students, faculty members, and administrators.
